General Questions, Processing & Shipping
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently not open for custom orders. Check back in for updates.
Do you have a paint studio?
I do not currently have a paint studio. It is a goal for the future, so keep your eyes peeled!
Where are you located?
We are located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We do lots of events around the state, and you can usually find a calendar of events on our social media pages!
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Our pottery & ceramic items are dishwasher and microwave safe. The only exceptions are items containing metal wire, or gold finishings.
This does not apply to 3D prints. Please do not microwave or dishwash your fidgets! Thanks.
Are you interested in molds?
Yes! We are interested in molds. If you have molds you are looking to sell, please let us know!
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the United States. Any other locations will be selected on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out if you are interested in shipping outside of the US.
How long does shipping take?
Processing can take up to 7 business days unless otherwise stated on items purchased.
Shipping is really in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) but on average can take up to 7-10 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. You can track your order with that number via the carrier it was shipped with.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We do not process returns. If you have an issue with something you have ordered, please reach out within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Not typically. This is case-by-case. Please reach out within 14 days of delivery with concerns.
